Myford suggest Nuto H32 oil for the main bearings. Nuto H32 is a hydraulic oil, its quite expensive buying it by the litre, Buying from a Heavy goods spare dept or a fork lift or farming dept will cost you a lot less abut £7 for 5 litres and £30 for 25.
